O documento entregue a cada estabelecimento orienta que deve ser colocado \u00e0 exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente o pre\u00e7o praticado na bomba no dia 22 de junho de 2022 e o valor atual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A medida \u00e9 uma determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo Federal por meio do decreto 11.121\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cHouve a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos impostos, tanto a n\u00edvel federal quanto estadual. Aqui na Bahia, por exemplo, caiu de 24% para 18%. Por isso, o decreto determina que haja transpar\u00eancia de modo que os consumidores possam comparar os pre\u00e7os praticados no momento da compra\u201d, explica o superintendente do Procon, Maur\u00edcio Carvalho.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O \u00f3rg\u00e3o deu o prazo de cinco dias para que os postos cumpram a determina\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o Procon vai retornar aos estabelecimentos para verificar se houve adequa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201c<em>Aqueles que n\u00e3o cumprirem ser\u00e3o multados. O decreto precisa ser cumprido<\/em>\u201d, afirma Maur\u00edcio Carvalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O superintendente orienta ainda que o consumidor deve solicitar a nota fiscal no momento da compra.
