{"id":3670,"date":"2022-07-20T17:23:43","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T17:23:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/atitudenoticias.com.br\/?p=3670"},"modified":"2022-07-20T17:25:38","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T17:25:38","slug":"servicos-publicos-multa-em-r-1-mil-empresa-flagrada-em-descarte-irregular-de-entulho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/atitudenoticias.com.br\/?p=3670","title":{"rendered":"Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos multa em R$ 1 mil empresa flagrada em descarte irregular de entulho"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma ca\u00e7amba de entulho com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa&nbsp;<em>Multimaq Loca\u00e7\u00e3o de Andaimes e M\u00e1quinas<\/em>&nbsp;foi flagrada realizando descarte irregular em um terreno e em via p\u00fablica na avenida Ant\u00f4nio Bitencourt, bairro Lagoa Salgada, no dia 21 de junho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A situa\u00e7\u00e3o foi notificada pela Secretaria Municipal de Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos (Sesp), que emitiu um auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o para que o propriet\u00e1rio apresentasse defesa no prazo de 10 dias.&nbsp;No entanto, o infrator n\u00e3o compareceu e foi multado em R$ 1 mil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o diretor do Departamento de Limpeza P\u00fablica da Sesp, Jo\u00e3o Marcelo Gomes, o descarte de entulho deve ser feito no aterro sanit\u00e1rio, mediante pagamento para destina\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos materiais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que o terreno \u00e9 particular, ainda assim \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das secretarias municipais de Meio Ambiente e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cTodo descarte de entulho deve ser solicitado aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, mesmo sendo o propriet\u00e1rio do terreno\u201d, explica Jo\u00e3o Marcelo Gomes.
